Product Sample 10"x10" Old Castle Slim L-1907 3D Wall Panels

I ordered sample tiles that were not labeled. None of the five I ordered had any label on it telling me which kind of brick they were. I went on to your website to see if I could figure it out but it was still hard to tell because the samples I got were kind of close in color anyway. I emailed your company three times regarding this and not once did I get a response. At this point I will contact my credit card company to reverse the charge.

It is nice, but will not work where we want it to work!
I expected not styrofoam and that just won’t help me in a kitchen. I also don’t know what you do on the edges without seeing the styrofoam. Front was great, texture of the “bricks” was nice.

What do you have to cover the joints?

I received the sample wall panels and I am truly impressed!
