Energy consumption is rapidly increasing on earth where energy resources are limited. Meeting the need for energy has become a serious problem for many countries, and energy dependency has increased steadily. In our country, a significant part of the energy consumption is made up of houses. By covering the buildings with thermal insulation material, energy saving is provided and thermal comfort is generated inside the building. Thanks to its thermal insulation, healthy and comfortable buildings can be formed where there are no negative conditions such as moisture or mold. Some features, such as thermal conductivity coefficient and fire response class, play an important role when choosing heat insulation material. It is important to select the thickness of the insulation material at appropriate values to achieve the desired dissolution. In this study, the importance of heat insulation and the effect of insulation thickness on heat insulation was evaluated.
